We originally launched in 1997, and it has been our pleasure to reach people who could not make it in to the shop.  Thank you for your support all these years.

When the "Brick & Mortar" location was open we shipped every day.  Since the Storefront closed we no longer ship daily. During quiet times of year we only ship 1-2 days a week, during busier times, 3-4 days a week.

- There are 2 steps to shipping your package.  The time it takes us to "process" (package and label) it, and then the time "in transit" once it has left us.

- Orders may take anywhere from 7 days (usually less) from the time we receive your order, to be pulled and packaged for shipment.

- We use United States Postal Service (USPS).  You will recieve an email confirmation that your order has been shipped and a tracking # when it is available.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:  USPS Priority Mail takes from 1-3 days in transit

OVERSEAS SHIPPING:  International orders, shipped via Parcel Post, normally take anywhere from 2-3 weeks in transit, but can, on occasion, experience Customs and Security delays beyond that.


That said, not all items are in stock at all times.  Most items come back in stock within a week or so.  Some can take longer.  We will try to keep you informed regarding the status of any "Back-Ordered" items.



Whether you are a first-time customer or a loyal, long-time customer, you deserve to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Guarantee:  If you are not completely satisfied simply return your purchase to for a full refund or exchange.

Once your return arrives at, we will gladly process your refund or make the exchange., will not charge you again to re-ship your exchanged items back to you.  * Free exchange shipping is offered on Domestic Orders only.  We will happily exchange items from Overseas orders, but we will have to charge for shipping.

Need a Refund? 

We understand that sometimes you just want a refund., will refund the purchase price of any item up to 45 days after your original purchase date. 

Items returned after 45 days will be given store credit or an exchange.

Refunds are processed upon the receipt and approval of your return. 

Refunds can take 5-10 days to appear on your credit card

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs but if you are making an exchange there will be no additional shipping charge to you.
